As humans, we all love being rewarded. And why not! When efforts are recognized, it’s a Win-Win for everyone.

 

Employees feel motivated. Productivity is increased. The organization develops employee loyalty. 

 

Every organization wants employees who are invested in their interests. This is possible by sharing small gifts or even certificates as a token of appreciation for their efforts. They feel motivated to share their achievements on social media platforms with friends and family.

Turps, working at Blizzard Entertainment, received an amazing crown as a token of appreciation for his 20 years of service and shared on Twitter how the company valued employee efforts.

 

 

Oh, and the photo went on Instagram as well. Social media is a great platform to showcase talents and achievements.

Fadzlina received the Best Employee of the Year award and instantly Instagrammed a photo of her trophy she received from The Grand Campbell Hotel.

Fanny, a hotelier, was happy to be recognized as the employee of the month and receive a certificate.
